It may be old fashioned, but planning a personalized golf experience is just that—personalized. It's the way you work with an investment counselor or an attorney We (1) gather your information, then (2) We provide information, then (3) We talk about the information and arrive at informed decisions.
Here's more detail, step by step
| 1 | We send you a detailed questionnaire designed to elicit your thoughts, preferences, and knowledge regarding your trip. Once you provide your information and want us to get started we will collect half of our fee. You won't pay the balance until all the pieces of your trip are in place—all confirmations and all reservations in writing. |
| 2 | After analysis of the questionnaire, we will communicate and then we go to work, outlining a travel plan focused on overall itinerary, golf courses, and accommodations. We then will present options to you. |
| 3 | After you've considered this preliminary plan, you and I keep exchanging information while the plan is refined and finalized. |
| 4 | We will do all the legwork for you We will line up rental vehicles, tee times, accommodations, and anything else you may want for your trip so you won't have to spend the time or energy doing it. |
We are travel planners, so we won't book air transportation for
you but we will help you find the best flights and airlines that may work
for
your itinerary if you want. We do book ground transportation,
lodging, tee times, and anything else that is necessary for you with your
credit card
authorization if prepayment or a deposit is required.
In sum, when you plan your trip you'll get
| Booking service on the land portion of your trip (rental vehicle, tee times, accommodations, and possibly other if necessary like spa etc.). |
| A summary of your actual costs broken down if you desire (something you'll never get from a travel operator or agency). |
| Detailed information on the courses you'll be playing. |
| Maps and directions to your destinations. |
