Like any good professional, we can help you save time and money.  We've have access to avid golfers who have done the traveling. played the courses, read the books, etc. We've spent many hours on the internet, engaging us as a trip planner is like engaging the services of an accountant or attorney. Our knowledge and experiences will save your time and money.
We do it by asking the right questions and providing you information to make the right decisions for your trip.

We are perfect if you are:
a first-time traveler who instinctively distrusts package deals and wants to learn from and participate in trip planning—to have the best possible trip for a fair price
a second or third-time traveler who has bought a package tour once and is ready to save money and ensure you do it right!
Groups of golfers with or without non-golfing spouses or travel companions
anyone who just doesn't have the time or inclination to deal with all the details of trip planning
 
Cost Structure - The service is fee-based (rather than commission-based). What does that mean to you?  First, it means we have absolutely no incentive to put you in luxury accommodations and expensive golf courses unless that's what you want.  We do not benefit as you spend more money.  Most important, it means you know your costs and can make decisions based on cost every step of the way.  We want you to have a great trip and save money. Here's a summary of planning fees:
•  First 4 golfers: $125 per golfer
•  Per golfer beyond 4:  $100
• $500 minimum (this applies to one, two, or three golfers)
This typically amounts to a savings of 75% or more as in the packages most operators charge $750-1000 per golfer that they are able to extract and make off the group!

Terms:  50% of fee up front and 50% of fee upon completion of booking and transmittal of your itinerary plus written confirmations of tee times, lodging, and transportation.  Depending on where you travel the payment for the trip will depend on location of travel.  We will work with you to collect payment in the best terms possible given the travel locations and ensure you know exactly how much and when you will need to pay while planning the trip.

Our Promise   

We promise when you book a golf trip through us you will save at least the cost of the planning fee in actual cost and get good advice and cost-saving strategies for your trip. More important, you'll have more enjoyable trip than anything offered elsewhere. That's mostly because the trip will truly be yours.
