AGA Side Game Info!

We love the classic 18 hole round of tournament golf, but sometimes you just want a little more.
Whether you’re having a lousy day on the course or are just looking for some added excitement,
AGA TOUR side games can give you some additional reasons to enjoy this great game of golf!

Par 3 Package (Members Only)
Presented by BAK Motorsports, Destiny Travel and Royal Oak Charcoal

The Par 3 Package is a $10 side game offered at TOUR Series events. It is comprised of 3 separate games.

Hole in One: AGA members, Eddie Fields and Brad Keeter are putting up seed money to fund a Hole in One pot for TOUR Series events. To get in on the action, players must participate in the Par 3 Package. $5 of player’s entry adds to the fund.
All active members are eligible to win.  Players are eligible for 50% of the pot until they have paid to play in 10 events.
We have already had four winners – one in 2014 and three in 2015!

Hole In One Pot: $12,105!

King of the Par 3s: All participants in the Par 3 Package will be eligible for the King of the Par 3s, and the winner will be determined by the par 3 shot closest to the hole. $5 of the Par 3 Package entry funds the pot which will be paid out after each tournament to the King (50% of pot) and closest to pin winners (remainder of pot split 3 ways).

Closest to the Pin: Closest to the Pin competitions are offered at TOUR Series events on 4 par 3 holes.
You must participate in the Par 3 Package to be eligible.

Skins Games

Flight Skins: A $20 Flight Skins game will be conducted at all TOUR Series events. Skins will be paid out after all flight scores have been turned in. Skins are calculated by looking at those players’ scores who have paid into the game (per flight) and determining the lowest, unique score per hole (skin). The total number of skins is added up, and the pot ($20*the number of players participating in the game) is divided by the number of skins to get the payout.

Super Skins: A $10 Super Skins game will be conducted at all TOUR Series events. Skins will be paid out after all scores have been turned in.  Skins are calculated by looking at those players’ scores who have paid into the game (across all flights) and determining the lowest, unique score per hole (birdie or better). The total number of skins is added up, and the pot ($10*the number of players participating in the game) is divided by the number of skins to get the payout.
